Privacy notice

Demo Caterer respects your privacy and follows the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). What we collect: your name, mobile number, email address, event details (date, venue, guest count, and notes), and the proof of payment you upload, which may show your name and account details. Why: to answer your inquiry, prepare your quotation, confirm and run your event, verify your payments, and contact you about your booking. We don't use your details for marketing and never sell them. Who sees it: our staff, and the services that run this booking system for us (hosting, database, file storage, and email), only to provide it. How long we keep it: while your booking is active and for up to 5 years after your event, for our records and legal requirements. Then we delete it. Your rights: you can ask to see, correct, or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent. Email jlawas06@gmail.com and we will reply within 15 days. If your data is ever compromised, we will tell you and the National Privacy Commission as the law requires. You can also complain to the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph.
